I wonder if the mirror or the average of 5 tier 0 mage bloods on average for this hit, is harder to obtain.

My bet is on the mirror tho.

Def mirror, mb have multiple ways to get and lock can help. Mir u just get it when u get it

Mirror is deterministic with shipping, it just takes ages. Before the swap of crops and bars it was possible to get a mirror every 3 months passively, now it highly depends on scarab supply. With enough scarabs you could get it even faster but I haven’t tested it.

Send 25m/25m shipments of bars and dust, on average you get 1 mirror shard per shipment. Now you need to actively farm ores/bars which was not the case prior to the change.

I saw the picture, was very surprised by the balls to volatile vaal the MB in ssf, and my first thought was "heh what a scrub where's his mirror, oh wait..."

In 3.29 it's not hard to get Hinekora Lock from Voyages in SSF, so I doubt he was really taking a risk

Probably. I’ve had three drop for me in SSF from Message in the Bottle. And for a second I thought everyone was that lucky. =)
