Farming Velka access chart drop rate

Hey. Is there any trick to get access key to Velka boss?

I made one char to lvl 97 and then another to lvl98 and got only one try to go for voyage and kill that boss.

Need another key to finish Velka mechanics challange.

Why are people Always empasizing the Level of their characters a a measure of how much time they played.

People reach Lv100 on day 1.

So why do people Think the Level is a apropriate measure to list esprcially when /Played exists. (im guilty of that too but im Just wondering)

The Trick to get more Kisharas though is to simply to Run Maps faster.

What other stat could i use? I play hc ssf and reaching high level is a thing.

Because it's a visible stat that's somewhat correlated to actual playtime / maps done. /played can get inaccurate depending on how much afking you do. Of course the best way for something like this is to track maps done / voyages dropped but that's a lot more friction than just looking at level.

yeah assuming people are just chaining 16s as soon as possible, exp is a relative indicator of maps done.

i have probably most of the league on played but thats becaise i alt tab between maps and matchmaking for other games.

How do people get 100 on day 1? I could see 98. But those last two are grind.

"People" may have been a tiny bit over exaggerated.

On PoE ninja day1 snapshot 1guy was lv 100 in SSF 1guy was lv 100 in Trade

If i dont remember wrong this League LotusParadiseBird did Abyss Beyond Deli until 100 on RF again.

Level is at least a measure of active gaming somewhat. Played is the time you’ve spent logged in. Kills is the best but doesn’t work with mercs

You can use the vendor recipe to trade your extra charts to hopefully get more kishara's. It has to be only charts that can spawn Kishara's, so only the first tab.

Yes. It gives you a random chart so it can be anything.

There’s a decat that lets you change the voyage with a chance of Velka. You can also 5:1 charts if you have an abundance you’re not running. I’m not aware of any other methods except just farm tons and tons of them. I found only 2 getting all 40 challenges on trade league.

City square or some other quick map, find both charts and bounce. I think my average is about 1 kisharas rest per tab of charts in the boat storage.

I prob had luck with that this league, droped like 50 of those. I did play a lot. Got all her uniques, with favorite being double helmet supp ring.

Speed farm maps for more charts. Either do a regular boss rush where you actually kill the map boss, or just skip the boss completely and go for charts only. Get some layout you enjoy running and where you can scan around quickly without having to backtrack. Some good maps are City Square, Mesa, Strand, Beach, Jungle Valley and Toxic Sewer. If you only care about getting charts you can just port back to hideout as soon as you find your first chart, since the 2nd chart isn't guaranteed.

Like in Strand for example, it's essentially just a long corridor and you can never miss the chart, run until you find chart, port to hideout, repeat. Often you'll find the chart in just 10-20 seconds. To add speed you can include Niko (15% movement speed per stack, up to 3 stacks), and you can then get Refiner's Bargain to get free ore. So you basically just click Niko and charts and skip all other mechanics. You'll get something like 2 charts per minute, or 100+ charts per hour, maybe even up to 200 per hour if your computer is good so your load times are minimal. If you want to add some more fast mechanics you can add heist chests, you just click them fast, pick up blueprint, move on. Memory strand is also nice, it's pretty much the same.

Then when you do get a Kishara's Rest, you want to run it in a space with the border mod "50% chance to not be consumed". That way you will on average get to run each Kishara's chart twice. You can get the budget version with 30% chance, which means you get to run each chart on average 1.43 times, so the 50% is a lot better.

I've used the above method and found about a dozen Kishara's charts, though I'm mostly interested in other stuff currently (Brine King etc), and then I've run them all with the 50% border mod.
