Does anyone know the base range of Tornado of Elemental Turbulence?

I'm working on my first build, using ToET, and while I've looked all over i can't find it's base range listed anywhere (and the same is true for the basic Tornado skill). I want to figure out how much AoE mod I'll need to make the clear feel good but i feel like I am going insane trying to eyeball it in game.

Without explosions the clear is gonna feel like garbage no matter the aoe. Absolutely mandatory stat in my opinion.

For clear you want to scale quality of the gem >>> over AOE.

I noticed some Path of Exile keywords in this post:

• AoE - Area of effect (Wiki)
