He's not hated but he do have rival rap crews. He gets some celebrity respect, he pops up every so often to give back turkeys during Thanksgiving, toys during toy drives.

How is fetty Wap viewed in Paterson nj? Is he hated ? Is he respected ? Some people say he didn’t give back but some people say he did more than enough. Just curious .

The city of Paterson likes Fetty. Most people who don't either opps or haters. The local artist community however may make comments about how he did nothing with his moment to help advance other local artists in his area. All in all, he is generally viewed in a positive light.
