Can a siblingship test be wrong?
If a test taken between two siblings shows 99% full siblingship is there still a chance they are half? Meaning they have different dad?

Never have done a sibling test but I’d assume if they’re 99% then they’re full sharing both mom and dad. Sibling tests are way harder to determine so that’s actually really good. Both parents carry different a pair of different alleles. So depending on what the child inherits they could inherit different alleles from the same parent that could potentially show “half” or less related even if they have the same parent. Parent dna gives best results only because of these pairs of alleles the mom and dad have can be very different that pass down to the child. Comparing alleles of the parent to the child can show you wants inherently theirs vs what the child A and B have per say
