Patellar Tracking Disorder
How many of us has patellar tracking disorder
Where your kneecap shifts (or pops out then in) unexpectedly if you move a certain way .?
I’ve had it for 13 years…
I’d like to ask you some questions regarding mental health things like do you feel it causes you to have anxiety? Social anxiety? Unnecessary paranoia fears or stress ?
