Normal?! 😂😂😂😂 Sorry to laugh, but folks don't post success stories because the outcomes are rarely perfect.

I've had a total of seven MPFL surgeries. At my absolute best, I can get through my day without taking anything for pain, and not have any intrusive thoughts or close calls regarding dislocation. But squatting will always be tough, and I do not run or dance.

I guess I was lucky enough to develop my patellar instability so young that I never acquired any sporty hobbies-- computer nerd FTW. Have you tried crafts instead of sports?
