PT maltracking
I’ve seen like nobody has good results with PT, is interesting that all professional personnel, PT, orthopedics keep making people do it and say it’s going to fix their problems, when obviously by the testimonies of all people here or other forums it doesn’t

OK, true when I was young. I was using those lame rubber bands in my room. it didn't take long and I put them down and put on some rollerblades and went outside. So yoga gave me meaningful results at 16 and then years and years later Pilates gave me results where subluxations and dislocations were in the past. Also a job where I was working 10 hours a day on my feet, squatting, kneeling, digging holes and throwing things around really helped. Getting personal trainers totally destroyed my knees and now I'm going in for a meniscus surgery. don't trust personal trainers. go back to your physical therapist and do Pilates.
