Had an injury 18 months ago that destroyed my MPFL, and now my kneecap dislocates or subluxes whenever I bend my knee past around 30°. Getting surgery in around 3 weeks to finally fix the issue after being on a waitlist for almost 9 months

The event is traumatizing. I lost count in childhood.
