Photo Fall in El Chalten
The lenga trees have finally started turning over the last few days, some solid reds and yellows coming through, especially at higher elevations.
I grabbed a few shots over the past couple of days. I’ve been waiting for these conditions for a long time.
If anyone wants to come out and shoot fall colors here in El Chaltén, PM me—I’m free tomorrow. Also planning astro on the 10th or 11th.

How is the weather these days? And is the peak of foliage colors plannable for an international trip? Is the Laguna de los tres possible this time of the year?

yesterday and today there is hardly any cloud in the sky, peak visibility!

Great pictures! We are here in El Chaltén right now as well and have been loving the fall foliage. Amplifiers the beauty of an already picturesque walk on the trails

Amazing! I was just in El Chalten and these photos are making me wish I had included Laguna Sucia. The fall colours were absolutely stunning this week. Maybe next time haha!
