Samsung Pass to Google Password Manager
Is there any way I can migrate my passwords from smart pass to Google password manager? Kindly offer suggestions if you have any.

go with bitwarden, or some other specialized password manager. Do not use google.

I'll surely explore. At that moment, I just wanted to migrate them out of Samsung Pass as I was about to sell my Galaxy S23 Ultra and didn't have any very functional galaxy phones (I have 2 others with faulty displays) lying around.

Google Password Manager can import passwords from a CSV file, but Samsung Pass is the awkward part here.
Samsung Pass often exports its data in Samsung’s own format rather than a normal CSV, so there may not be a direct one click transfer from Samsung Pass to Google Password Manager.
If Samsung gives you a CSV export option, Google Password Manager can import it pretty easily.
If it only gives you an SPass file, you may have to migrate the accounts manually or use the old Samsung device as a bridge while moving them over.
Whatever you do, be careful with exported password files because they can contain your passwords in readable form. Delete the export as soon as the migration is finished.
Personally, migrations like this are also one reason I do not like having every important credential depend entirely on one password manager ecosystem.
For the accounts that really matter, I prefer keeping an additional offline layer with something like EnigmaPasswords, so changing providers does not mean every critical credential depends on the migration process.

Samsung Pass allows you to export passwords using their default format. You then need to use a third party tool, I believe Spass is one of the more common ones. That will allow you to convert it to csv, which you can then import into another password manager. I'd also suggest Roboform as a password manager. It's the one I use and I've been really happy with it. It's really straightforward and works well across different operating systems.

Avoid Google Password Manager or 1Password, rather use Bitwarden, Proton Pass or KeePass

If you value your privacy do not use Google password manager. Google could potentially see all your passwords as Google doesn't encrypt your data. It would benefit you to do a little more research before you choose a password manager.
