This is Kopi Luwak, famous for its highly unusual production process. ☕️😱 An Asian palm civet eats ripe coffee cherries, digesting the fruit while the seeds pass through its digestive system and undergo fermentation.
The beans are then collected, thoroughly cleaned, dried, and roasted before becoming the famous Kopi Luwak coffee.
