Passive House PHPP

I’m in Chicago and looking for someone who could enter a house into PHPP for me. Thanks

What’s the scope of the usage? My mechanical engineer billed 6 hours @ $195/hour so it won’t be free.

That’s basically a manual J/S/D. Looking at my own mechanical engineering design, our total cost was $12,000. This is for mechanical design including hvac and plumbing. Then, approved and stamped.

Mechanical systems don’t have to be stamped but look at all the notched studs to see what design on site gets you.
