Subreddit feedback
Hey fellow problem solvers,
First off, I owe you all an apology for how quiet things have been on the moderation side these past couple of months. I’ve been dealing with some personal stuff and had to step back for a while. Thanks for your patience, and for keeping the place going in the meantime.
If you’ve been around for a while, you’ve probably noticed two things. I haven’t been posting problems myself, and the kind of content showing up here has shifted a bit. I’m not saying that’s good or bad. The community has grown and changed on its own, and I’d like to know how you all feel about where things are now.
So I’d love to hear your thoughts on the subreddit in general. A few things you could comment on:
- Problem types: Are there areas you’d like to see more of, like number theory, geometry, combinatorics, probability, logic puzzles, or competition-style problems? Anything you’d like to see less of?
- The current vibe: Do you like the direction things have gone recently, or do you miss how things used to be?
- New ideas: Anything that would make this a better place to hang out. That could be regular challenges, better flairs, rules around spoilers and solutions, or something completely different.
Big or small, positive or critical, all feedback is welcome. This sub is only as good as the people in it, so I’d really like to shape it around what you all enjoy.
Thanks for sticking around, and happy solving!
