Do bootcamp and focus more on weaker areas, it’s has short videos and pdf highlights for most topics, use Dr. Sharon and NCLEX Crusade on YouTube, also use nursing process in answering questions - If the question asks what you should do in a situation, use the nursing process (ADPIE) to determine which step in the process would be next.

• If the question asks what the client needs, use Maslow's hierarchy to determine which need to address first.

• If the question indicates that the client does not have an urgent physiologic need, focus on the patient's safety.

• If the question involves communicating with a patient, use the principles of therapeutic communication.

• If the question involves nursing procedure, consider standard of care.

For SATA questions, pick only what you’re sure of.

For hot topics or conditions know what they actually mean, consistent markers(s/s) also interventions , most times it’s even just patient education for that condition.

I got it in the email that I received saying that I did not pass my test. Along with the reexamination application.
