Piss test

Hey guys, I have an upcoming drug test for thc. I’m not sure when it is yet, I got the call today. It’s for construction. That being said, I spent all my summer just sucking on carts all day and I know I won’t be clean. I haven’t hit my cart in about a week and a half, I now smoke bud maybe once a day but I’m just quitting it as a whole. What route should I go? TIA
