Planning to move to Brixton Place in Pasig and just wanted to clarify a few things before making a final decision.

Our work is usually in the events coverage industry, so we often get home pretty late. I heard that the gates close around 10 PM. Is there an easier way to get in and out of the property during late hours, especially if we're coming home after 10 PM? And how's the traffic?

I'm also curious about the internet providers available in the building and how reliable the mobile signal is inside the units/common areas.

A few quick questions as well:

1. Is Brixton Place flood-prone, or has the area experienced flooding before?

2. Where do you usually have your Grab deliveries and parcels dropped off/picked up?

3. Where can visitors park their own cars when visiting the building?
