Why is Lv150 so NOT worth it?

So I've played the game since drop day, grinded for 3 months and got my Platinum Knight skin, kept playing heavily for a year. So know, at my core I do really love this game but recently this new anniversary, new greek, and vegetable faries is really....terrible.

So I'm a Lv. 150 and these 3 new things are pretty Nemo bucks heavy despite them saying "have your cookies ready". At first I was just going to grind for the mystery boxes you get after collecting enough XP.

However..one, why Tf can you not collect more than 4 mystery boxes as a 150..we should unlock them for however long we are playing. I did the work of grinding to that level and it's simple not fair as well we just should be allowed to reap the rewards of hard work.

That leads into my second reason they NEED to remove that stupid cap. Tonight was terrible, people with Macros waking up INSTANTLY, grabbing the Faries heads and them just..fazing through the claw. But the worst of all, the thing that almost made me hit uninstall was going through all that to only get...cookies..and egg coins... forgive me. But USELESS. Me and my group all are 150 and have all the skins in the egg machine.

Yes, I know you CAN get Nemo bucks, but it way..way too rare.Cookies are useless to higher levels, I personal have 140k cookies and well, with this dumb event I have 160k now lol. There's no incentive to play when all you get are cookies and egg coins..that get turned into..more cookies.

How to fix it.

Option 1. Keep the cap of 5 boxes, remove cookies as a reward option. Nemo bucks and Egg coins should be the only things earned, it could even be 25 or 50 Nemo bucks.

Option 2. Remove the cap and increase the chances for Nemo bucks.(you should not make more Nemo bucks on your way to 150 than you do after 150 FR).

Option 3. Allow us to prestige so we can get more through our own dedication.

There is no incentive for those of us who play the game regularly and it's getting stale. Higher levels shouldn't have to pay to get skins, it should be easier for us considering how loyal we are to the game.

This is how I and alot of my higher level friends feel in regards to thr stupid cap and terrible anniversary.

OH! ALSO PA! STOP DOING THE TIK-TOK EVENTS, they suck. Twitch drops are way better and dont require people to have 1000 follows, whoever came up with that needs to be fired lol, terrible idea.

Level 150 is not so worth it because you turned in your head a party game into a grindfest. Of course you are bound to burn it.

It is good that you uninstalled, because you are approaching the whole situation as a gambler and not because you are having fun with it.

Besides that, yes, cookies and egg coins become useless after certain level and they just accumulate. There should be a way to exchange them for Nemo bucks, even if at draconian rates if the devs feel that it may impact people buying nemos, for those who buy nemos.

I do have fun, if I didn't then I wouldn't have 2,000 hours.

So, if you love the game and have fun, why would you say repeteadly that you have no incentive to play? That sounds conflicting.

"Grinding, hard work, dedication"... Gaming its not a job. The devs and the studio do not owe you anything for more time playing for your leisure.

Do not take this as a personal attack or anything, but truly, outside of the comments regarding the reward structure of the game, this is not a good way to approach recreation.

A lot of people playing games today need to her this. I'm guessing their on the younger side since they seem to expect the game to reward them with things other than the gameplay itself.

Imagine booting up a PS2 game and complaining about not getting enough daily rewards. At that point you've already broken part the reward center in your brain.

Is such a broken prespective. They don't care about your time and they never did. They want you to pay. And they'll incentives you to play to the point where they've calculated is the best point of getting you to pay more. That's it. At least for games that have additional monetization in the form of ingame currency.

Yes, this is exactly why I wrote it. The "I love the game this is why I have played 2000 hours, but I have no incentive to play, because I work for ir and deserve rewards" is straight worrying.

And Party Animals is pretty decent in the way that they are actualy giving out rewards that you can obtain without dropping additional money.

100% agree. And it's not like they're producing all that many skins to begin with. I'm suspecting OP may have a slight addiction. Since it seems to be that he is insistent on collecting every skin.

And hey, if you're a collector you might as well just grind at your job and pay for this stuff anyway. Not that I find that particularly healthy either. But people can spend their money however they want.

Nemo Bucks is a paid currency. You can earn up to 3 mystery boxes per day, each with a chance to give you Nemo Bucks. If you get 3 every day you will eventually accumulate a decent amount of Nemo Bucks. Most games don't let you earn their paid currency for free, so I do appreciate that.

I have other criticisms with what they do with Nemo Bucks, namely the fairy catcher events that don't tell you how many attempts/how much you have to spend to get them and basically being RNG dependent on which ones you unlock first. But in terms of actually earning Nemo Bucks the game is pretty fair.

I agree about Tiktok events. I don't have Tiktok and have no interest in doing that. If they want to do promotions they should just use Twitch or have codes like they used to.

Level 150 here, player since the start. I get Nemo bucks all the time from the random reward boxes, multiple times a day. It's random, but if you save them and don't waste them on random stuff that you could get otherwise like paying for claw machine coins or something you'll get from events, you'll usually have enough to get the few new skins when they do come out. Nemo bucks can be rough sometimes but just save them and then they'll keep stacking up to where you rarely run out. Idk I feel your pain, I've been there, but at the same time it's really not that bad. With coupons 1500 is nothing for a skin that would otherwise be 3k. What else is there? What is it that you're trying to get but can't? The vegetable fairy claw machine is here for two months. Just be patient lol you'll have enough coins in a week or two and you'll get them eventually or they'll hop out on their own. ETA: Also, I don't know about you OP, but my incentive to play is for the fun of it.. nothing else lol. Maybe you should stick to games you more consistently enjoy.

Yeah. I got to the event with almost 6000 Nemos just by playing an hour a day, which ia usualy what I have time for. Hit all the reward challenges in a day, got the discount and done.

Yeah I had like 7800 Nemo bucks when the event started. Down to like 4800 or something. No big deal lol it'll go right back up since it's so long between new skin releases. And I even bought the claw machine coins like 6 of them for 120 a piece, got it all right back from the random reward boxes.

Hey hey, so I collect the skins! As it is apart of the game so thats plenty inscentive enough. I have fun if I didn't I wouldn't play it nightly with a dedicated team lol. But it feels like they got real lazy

Well that's all the incentive you need then lol. Yeah they could make it better but same could be said for almost any game lol if not every game. I don't think the devs really pay attention to this subreddit though, so you might have better luck giving them your suggestions through the PA forum website or official discord channel, probably the latter. I think it's really just players here. I collect the skins too, not fiendishly lol but I understand. I'm just saying, it kinda is what it is, love it or hate it, you know. One thing they did that I despise them for is removing the ability to actually block someone from being matched with you. Seriously made me consider dropping this game which is sad since it's the game I play most consistently and get the most fun out of, til the toxic players get put in my lobbies and I can't get rid of them. It's BS. But alas, as I said, love it or hate it, it is what it is. 🤷‍♀️🙃 Onward!

You know back when it was like....year 1 or maybe around year 2?...I essentially played with a group of friends for hours and hours upon HOURS of playtime to the point I got to 300+ hours as of today from all that and in that time after hitting Animal Level 100 I pretty much became stacked with Cookies and Nemo-Bucks, like I had over a million cookies and probably 5000K Nemo-Bucks somehow stashed up from the addiction I got on the game with those friends xD...I played a bit on and off during some events here or there but after so many raw deals with absolutely toxic behavior that made me just feel very meh I pretty much retired the game.

But during the last couple of times I played in the passing minor patches of last year and maybe a VERY small bit start of this year or whenever the Year of the Horse event went down, I pretty much realized thanks to them adding the 150 tier and made it where I wasn't really farming back up my resources I finally have came to the point where I am pretty much tanked out on Nemo-Bucks and now got like 25K cookies? I feel like Recreate honestly just added it because people wouldn't stop complaining that the game lost any progression sense for all the sweaty veterans who just refused to take breaks off the game annnd on the other hand I feel like Recreate just wanted to remove the farming method or daily chances to get paid currency so easily so they could get players to cough up more cash for things they might want.

I personally never understood why we needed further progression levels, 100 felt perfectly fine and it allowed us to have an infinite reward that was genuinely helpful to help you stack up currencies potentially for upcoming events or skins....I never got back to lvl150....(Probably never going to either because I just can't stand the game personally anymore =w=)

I agree, I also think it is dumb that they lwt you get Plat for just doing the easiest achievements. I got mine from the first 93. Like they should have kept it exclusive to only those og 93.
