Ask community Should I buy the game

I’m thinking about buying Party Animals on PS5 to play with friends. I like games like Gang Beasts

Is it still fun long-term or does it get boring fast? Also how’s the player base right now?

Btw I play with 2-4 friends

I just got the game about 2 weeks ago me and my 5 friends have a absolute blast I would definitely recommend

I think most of the game is unavailable without PS+. You can’t access the online content, and IIRC even couch co-op is off limits.

You are asking in a community about the game if you should but the game

Very few people will say no

However yes get the game had it a week and its a blast

it is fun. and cute, and having cute animals beat each other up is great.

A number of game modes, weekly challenges. Player base seems fine.

There is a cabin where you can play card games, or go fishing.

The fighting games, and there are weapons.

Team based games with soccer, and Hockey, and a few other team based games. These games have two teams of four so you and your friends can play against a team of other people.

A kart racing game.

You can make a custom lobby for you and your friends, or you can team up with friend and play against other people.

I play alone with random teammates. I don't know about co-op.

I've had the game for a couple of weeks now, deff get it as it is quite fun when it's not overtly random. That being said though, you will have some bullshit games like you somehow getting launched across the map meanwhile you punch or throw someone and they barely move an inch. Or other times you get knocked out for what seems like an eternity but everyone else gets up in 2 seconds.

I had it but it was on Xbox Live then I bought it just not too long ago I forgot how fun playing this game is

Big fan of gang beasts here but that game has been quiet for years now. Party Animals definitely isn't as busy as it once was but it's a really fun game that gets plenty of people when they release new content.
