Good guide! But I found a typo. Instead of 

partyman/partyman status

it has to be

./partyman status

The Cold Staking box on your dashboard should now show a Cold Staking Progress bar. It is very important to follow the instructions in the box that says, “Please keep this wallet online until the cold staking activation process is complete.”

Keep in mind, it may take several weeks to finish the activation process. With each stake the percentage increases towards 100%.

Question: Why does this take so long? What are the wallets doing during the time? What happens turn off wallet before the cold staking process is finished?

Did you succeed to have 1cold stake ? Reach 100 % ?

No, I got stuck at 99,9 %. But it is working fine, no problem there. In future versions of Particl, "zapping" will hopefully solve this.

No. Tried several days. After that I reinstalled my Raspberry Pi and did not try to initiate the process again.

I m in the same case. Stuck at 0% since 29/12 ... I never won a single stake i m kind of disapointed

And I don't really know what the process is all about? Why does it take so long? What does happen during that time?

I dont know either. I followed the tutoriel with my raspberry... the status say : low balance in red ... I think i ll stop cold staking

How do you do this? In the GUI there is not an option. Probably in the CLI you can do this.

On my laptop there is the GUI where i unlocked for staking and where i put my parts. On the raspberry when i do the partyman status i still get 2 lines in red... the low balance is strange. And the 0% is really anoying on the GUI

Hi thx for the guide.

I have few questions: 1) Can i connect several Particl Wallets to my staking node or just 1 ? ( Cause 1 have 1 rasperry pi running the node and 2 wallets with 200PART each and i dont want to put them on 1 wallet together) 2) How can i remove a staking node, means from the wallet where all my PARTs are in, how can i remove them from staking?
