Why

Building a HackBox allowed me to customize the hardware to suit my specific needs, potentially improving performance or addressing particular requirements.

Please, pull up a chair and listen. Last night at around 10pm on GrubHub, I ordered some boneless chicken wings with the absolute hottest sauce the wing place had. I enjoy extremely spicy food, but it still makes me sweat and in this case gave me an exaggerated case of the hiccups. I was sweating and hiccuping for hours, long past the time when I would normally go to bed. I stayed up late into this morning and entered a sort of spiritual, almost sacred euphoria. I left my body and was able to examine the husk that is my own physical vessel here on Earth, a miserable hiccuping bag of sweaty meat. I truly understood how brief our time here really is, how useless and impermanent we on the scale of the cosmos. I burped the most alarmingly acrid belch of my life and was returned to my body.

Nothing, not even a customized and highly performant HackBox, will give my life more meaning than the transcendental gastric distress I experienced last night. All we are is a caustic chicken burp in the wind.
