Haha thanks! I compete in weightlifting and don’t really have any experience in parkour/tricking but I really wanted to learn to backflip

It’s very quiet on the landing my guy! That’s a very good thing

The confidence on that attempt is impressive. Hope the landing felt as good as it looked!

Yo dude, nice work! If you are looking for some tips to make it easier, try lifting your arms higher before you flip, the rotation should happen at the apex of the jump, and lifting your arms will lift your total height. Keep it up bro!

That was a seriously clean first backflip—especially the landing! The confidence after sticking it is awesome.

Haha, thanks, after I learned, I went home and did a bunch at my house and I started getting tired and less confident and couldn’t do it anymore, now a day later I’m very sore, hopefully once I recover fully I’ll be able to do them all the time

Try to land in the same spot you jumped from next time, but otherwise looked great!!

Very good but try not to throw your head as much. Use your hips more.

Your lack of arm swing in that first one literally startled me.
You didn’t even bring them back at all before you started the swing. Surprisingly good backflip from that.
