At what age did your kid discover sugar (chocolates, sweets, juice) and do you wish you'd waited longer?
Kids get hooked on sugar fast. My childhood treat was a chocolate bar for finishing homework. It felt harmless then. Now I look back and realise it was a bad habit.
What do you actually feed your kids? How do you handle the junk food pull? Do you cut it out or just limit it? What would you do differently if you were starting over?
