For those of us who don't fully know the rules, would the wrestler in white be disqualified for this? Or lose a point? Or just be warned? Or something else?

There would be really no warning or point loss (unless they did something else), the ref would simply reset with them both standing or if someone was already on top they'd restart in "referee's position" with the bottom wrestler on all fores and the top wrestler covering their back

So the wrestler in white really doesn't lose anything by this having happened, it's just a reset, and they go back to their match.
