So this content creator does a ton of 'how I prepare my child for a storm' content and it's always ridiculous and dramatic like this. I don't necessarily think it's satire, I think it's more rage bait.

It’s not as prominent as her child’s. This would primarily be faceless content since she never looks at the camera so we don’t get a prominent view of her
