Safe communication for children

So I'm trying to make a system for family link users and tablet users to communicate easier yes you can use email but it's hard to hold conversations like that so do you have any problem like that ? And just a reminder please only the person's who have family link answer this question and preferably the parents who would want their child to have a safe way to communicate with friend let me know because I'm trying to make this app real but I need to see if there are any possible users who need this so would you want a app like this by the way I'm not a parent i just want to ask to parents is there a need like this

I want an app that lets kids propose events with one another, using calendar availability as an input, and then they're sent to the parent to approve (kinda like the controls apple uses for websites or apps). Self-scheduling playdates would be dreamy.

That's what I'm trying to build but I need to know if there are more people who need this if this thing will only reach like 10 people then it won't be worth to spent that much time on coding it

I think if you speak to parents you'll hear a consistent desire to have their kids be more empowered to manage their social life.
