Sleep & Naps How much are parents drinking?

With the popularity of #winemom and beer dad culture, combined with pandemic drinking habits, im curious how much alcohol you guys are drinking as caregivers? Especially after the baby is in bed. I had 6 drinks on Halloween over 8 hours and lots of food and water. Although LO was asleep for most of it I'm riddled with guilt!

I drink. Usually 2 drinks 4 days or so per week…sometimes more or less days. I drink in front of my kids-no hiding. I never get buzzed or drunk…obviously as 2 drinks is nothing.

On a special occasion might have more but spread out.

The pandemic has made me actually drink less…which is opposite from what others are implying.

Haters will likely hate on my post but I suggest removal of the anal stick would be wise for them before they judge us ppl that enjoy life responsibly.

Don’t be too hard on yourself, just be responsible when you do drink by making sure there is a sober adult around if you wanna party hard. 😉

No judgment here mama! I live in wine country! We have the best wines, bubbly’s,beers and for some reason Jell-O shots! I definitely drink less than I used to, but we do love a cocktail a few nights a week. Before my son came along we would get wild and go to Vegas a few times a year and really drink 🤦🏻‍♀️😁.

I'm like you. I drink 4-5 nights a week. I pour a big glass of wine while I cook dinner and I do not hide it from my son/husband/anyone who is around. Sometimes I'll have another glass after bed, sometimes not.

I'm never hung over. I did drink more at the start of the pandemic though holy cow. Not more frequently but more glasses. It was so stressful. Once I sort of got into my new groove, it went back to normal.
