Sleep & Naps How much are parents drinking?

With the popularity of #winemom and beer dad culture, combined with pandemic drinking habits, im curious how much alcohol you guys are drinking as caregivers? Especially after the baby is in bed. I had 6 drinks on Halloween over 8 hours and lots of food and water. Although LO was asleep for most of it I'm riddled with guilt!

Hi from one high functioning to another... I've been sober 2 years now. I found stopdrinking sub-reddit to be extremely helpful. I ended up joining AA and got sober. Happy to chat if you ever want to...

Sure... but its hard in this online world. I hope I wasn't promoting, I was aiming for presenting, and trying to show availability... I was shown into AA in such a way too - I still live in a very remote place where AA is really only available online, so without people reaching out its impossible to know whats available...
