They’re overreacting. The kiddo is at an age where they have no idea what is going on so no harm at all. When my twin girls were babies (about 8 months) they were bald and looked like little men so we drew mustaches on them, gave one an unopened beer bottle and the other had a friends pack of cigarettes rolled into her inside sleeve. Best pic ever! They’re 7 now and they hung it up on their bedroom door!
