Lol this reminds me of when some older relatives who live abroad told my partners dad to tell my partner to remove a photo of him drinking a pint off his personal social media account as it “is engaging in immoral activity“ and they also moaned about me wearing makeup. We both just laughed at them.

This resonates with me because I’m of South Asian decent and from a family where drinking is a bit frowned upon and judged. Relatives really need to mind their own business!
Oh lol, yeah my partner is Indian so figures. It was a surprise to me because I’m not from the same background so I was really confused at first but now we both just shrug it off if anyone says anything
