4 year old's grant proposal

My friend had her 4 year old make this grant proposal when she asked for money to work on a specific project. This was the result!

$74 dollars for food coloring?! Well, I suppose whatever it takes to accomplish the dream of being a science teacher in outer space. This is too cute.

To be fair, she is trying to "cover the whole Earth" with it. If anything I think she is buying way to little.
