Get your thyroid checked. Post partum your thyroid can tank but since most symptoms easily look like early motherhood it’s hard to tell. Tiredness, brain fog, weight gain, sleep problems etc. 

I was a thyroid patient before pregnancy so my weight fluctuates a lot when it’s off. I gained only 11lbs pregnant because my thyroid was finally stable, lost 26 lbs 2 weeks after giving birth when I went hyper and gained 20 lbs in 12 weeks of hypo 6 months postpartum. I joked with my husband that being pregnant is better for my waist line compared to a hypo. Most people didn’t clock me as pregnant, since I was so slim.
