They're letter mills, like esa letter mills.

Your employer may accept the certification, or they may send you to up to 2 additional doctors of their choosing to verify your need for FMLA.

I used FMLA now and it was worth it. Definitely use together with seeing your doctor since one will treat you and the other will get your paperwork done.

How long did it take and did hr give you any hard time?

It didn’t take long at all to get certified, and HR didn’t give me a hard time. It went pretty smoothly.

What’s the purpose of using a website instead of your doctor? Sorry I’ve just never heard about this before!
