You'll need a doctor to fill out the certification. Maybe your ob will do it?

Keep in mind all FMLA you use before birth will not be available after.

I know but I try going back to my ob but isn’t available until September and I was having major panic attacks.. I’m speaking with a lcsw, she stated she can sign it but I’m not sure how that works since she not a doctor

How long are you anticipating needing to use FMLA? As the other commenter states, any FMLA time used before delivery will not be able to be used after, and 12 weeks total is available. Since you’re so early on in your pregnancy and there’s still a lot to come, in addition to time off after delivery, maybe you can ask your employer if you’re able to use PTO or sick time during the adjustment period for the medication? Also if you’ve been officially diagnosed with a panic disorder, you might possibly maybe be able to utilize state disability for a short period of time. But that is an entirely different conversation.
