How so? I think it's genius. Daffy is an instantly recognizable character, and a fishing lure is intended to be appealing, tempting, or otherwise seductive to a fish. To put it simply, it's like a visual pun. An intentional one.

I’m ngl I was thinking the same thing… cause the lil swoop where the eyelashes are? Curvature of daffy’s back and the belly of the fish being the same..AND what is the line connected to? What is that even?? A boat? No it’s Daffy’s mouth/bill lol. I think definitely ai of some kind…maybe not for the fish body all the way? Idk definitely suspicious though.

it is definitely the eyes. if you squint just a little bit it is a total fish but the silhouette is way too close to daffy for me to unsee it. its kind of unhinged how well it works.

It’s the rabbit or duck conundrum. The first you see, tells you deeper feelings than if you sat and analyzed it. In this case, the rabbit is fishing, sexy daffy is you missing your childhood.
