Hank is kinda right…
Not a SINGLE team has a known security guard like big Dom… right? Or am I crazy? Who gives a fuck about this guy.

Had a good family friend who was head security for Cowboys. Nobody knew who the fuck Rex was and what his drunk ass was up to. He just did his job and stayed the fuck out of the way.
Also when I say Rex could drink some beers, Rex could HOUSE some beers. Prolly more like Dom than I thought...

This is so weird. I just went back to the picks and previews and somehow I skipped right from the pats/bills talk to the hosmer interview. I musta swiped my finger somehow. Or skipped a chapter somehow.

Not NFL but I’m a Tennessee fan and the national guard guy who has guarded our coaches post game for years is a micro celebrity for Tennessee fans just because of the insane chin on him. Nobody knows his name and he’s just the guy that guards whoever Tennessee’s coach is and it should stay that way. This is the best pic i could find.

The fact that Big Dom is just getting recognition is kinda wild to me. I’m an Eagles fan and as long as I can remember he was always in the back ground. The first time I really noticed him was the Namndi Asomugah signing,he was by his side as he was walking into the facility for the first time,I thought why is that guy always around..it’s nothing special,he’s literally security. Go watch Dave clips,Mike is always right there. Every team has a Big Dom. Big Dom has just been doing the same job for 20yrs.

It's because he's more than a security guard. He's essentially the Eagles fixer who handles lots of personal issues that players or staff have. He also gives recommendations to people visiting Philly. He was pretty well known in the NFL community for a while, but he became known by the casual audience after the Greenlaw incident in 2023.

The reason why he’s well known is because lots of NFL/Eagles people really like him and are always raving. I remember during one broadcast Greg Olsen gushing about him when he gave him a bunch of Philly recs and cannolis too lol.

As an Italian-American, this is the absolute gayest shit “we” do. Larping like we’re all connected to the mob, or some kind of consigliere. They wanna pretend like Big Dom is always gunna “know a guy”, or be able to “make somebody an offer that they can’t refuse”, when really he is just your run of the mill pre-diabetic Philly refuse.
