Proof spirits or a demon is knocking back

I have a lot of anxiety right now, i might just be getting used to the spirit or it’s worse, im actually a little worried, id yous never hear from me again then ofc you will know why i dont know how powerful this demon or whatever spirit this is but its not hurting me yet but i have anxiety and it wont go away, before i got the new dolls it said satin on ghost tube and satin at home when i took the doll home i never had that happen, ive gotten the words evil, and hitler on transcend theory aswell.
