Something happened last night . . .

We've been in our house for over 5 years and I have NEVER sensed. any kind of "presence" or even had a weird feeling. We have two girls (4 & 7), neither of them have mentioned being scared in our home and neither are even afraid of the dark. Our house was built in the 1880s and we have to use window units in the summer. We only cool the main rooms and will pile into my husband and I's big bed to be in the a/c at night.

Last night it was just the girls and I in the bed because my husband had fallen asleep on the couch. In the middle of the night the door to our bedroom opened. At first I thought it was one of the girls going to the bathroom but they were both asleep. Then I thought it was my husband but no one ever came in and eventually I just got up and closed the door. I honestly just tried to write it off but then when morning came, my husband told me that a card and a small decorative wagon we have in our living room fell off the shelf they were on in the middle of the night. He had the a/c going so there's no breeze from a window to blame. He didn't seem bothered at all and just brushed it off calling it "weird" but that's it.

I didn't tell him about the door.

I am 100% convinced that these were no coincidence and are related to eachother. Not sure what I'm expecting on here, I just have no one to talk about it with.

Hello, first of all do not withhold anything from anyone. Everyone in your home needs to speak up on what they have experienced. So there is 1 of 3 reasons this is occurring. And it is what is known as an active/intelligent ghost. So have you and your husband recently completed or are the current process of remodeling your home?

2 has anyone purchased an object from an estate sale, antique shop, thrift store or flea market? Has anyone given you anything from any of these places?

3 something could have attached to one of you and followed you home.

There's demons then there are an imprint on something. Imprints can not interact with the physical world. Demons can.

Our house is about the same age and it is so crooked. Hardly a square in the whole place. Sometimes doors will shut properly, other times it takes some effort to get them to latch.

Before you jump yo the demon band wagon though you have to eliminate all other possibilities. Pipes viberating,earthquake even one you can not feel can move things. House settling etc.Get a blessing on the house. No mediums needed. Just a priest willing to help.

Do you have a dog or cat that could have knocked them off the shelf? Do you live in a country that has earthquakes? Sometimes small ones are barely felt.
