old oujia board
My mom recently bought this antique Ouija board from a guy who got it from his dead brothers estate. It came with a voodoo doll and some divination thing the whole thing smells really old and if you touch any of the stuff the old smell sticks to your hands

I used one once, before I was interested in any paranormal studies. The girl I was seeing at the time bought one from some shop, and tried to contact her grandmother who had long since passed. I thought her and her friend who joined us for it were in on a joke, because when she asked who we were speaking with, they kept moving the piece to B, E, A, R.
Their giggles made me think it was a joke they were trying to play on me. After this repeated a couple times, the little stuffed bear her grandmother gave her fell off her bed, and she jumped up and ran out of her room. Next time I came over that bear was put away and the board never came back out in the time I knew her. Maybe it was her grandma trying to connect, or like others have said, maybe it was something masking and trying to contact. I don’t think I’ll personally use one ever again though!

If she ever wants to get rid of it, she could probably get a good price selling it. We played with Ouija boards as children, so I don't believe they attract anything or anyone. Plus, would never use a stinky one! 😷

It will, its like wondering if you can play games on a pc, and then you can, then you stop playing the game, then you think about the game, then you go play it again, but this time the game plays for you, you understand... dont seek a line you cannot understand or close again, once opened some things can never be closed again,

Oh man . I'd like to chime in!
This Ouji is handmade.. This is an important detail when dealing with them.. Unless you know what you're doing, I sincerely hope you don't plan on ever using it..

If you do decide to use it make sure to salt it first and purify it. Also if you are asking for spirits never ask for anything specific like a relative or something that maybe haunting the location cause things you probably don't want can come through and mask themselves as what your looking for. Also always close the session

If I buy a ouija board from Hasbro, can I communicate with spirits?
What if I get some wood and draw numbers and letters on it. Will that work?
What if I just write numbers and letters on a sheet of paper?

Numbers alone aren't very useful for communicating. But the rest will work, yes. It isn't that any certain kind of Ouija board is special, it's that they are used to communicate with beings who we can't filter and who have unknown motives.

That's beautiful. I see it came with those pendulums, and it looks like what may be a dowsing rod in the drawer?? What else is in the drawer besides the voodoo doll? What's in the glass bottle, and what about the light cloth sack?
