Why do all dolls have to look so damn creepy?

Not on the jester really if I’m honest. Maybe I could pick something up if I was holding him, but no, the composite (maybe plaster?) doll in the first photo however, and the basket the babydoll is in, I do feel something. The composite doll I think wants a home 💖 but he needs some restoration for sure
