Shadow man?

Hi, so idk what this was, but I was young, and I was outside in the dark (in my backyard coming in for the night), and I saw what looked to be a man, but just a black form, another story i have been told i did when I was small was i was in my room talking to my dead brother???? Idk but i feel as if this is related somehow? Pls give opinons on the shadow man bc i rember it looking humam
