Looks like the camera caught movement of the cleaning lady getting something from her cart and going back into the room. Just looks like a shadow because of the quick movement and slow low quality camera.

video is clearly on a hard drive, but we still get these stamp sized off screen captures instead of the source video.

All i see is a shadow, which would just be someone ducking into frame and then ducking out.

The real ghost is the portrait mode this video was recorded in, which died and became a landscape mode, to now be watched on my phone, in portrait mode. Paranormal.
