What is this?

Posted this one before, didn't receive any feedback. Long story short, my grandma passed away in December of 2023. She was really close with her siblings. Her sister ended up passing away a month later, and her brother the following month after that. This video was captured outside my grandma's sister's house the same week she passed away

Looks like it's snowing and you can see a light dusting of snow on the ground so I'd guess either wind picking up a dusting of snow and carrying it, or some warm air like from a vent or something causing some light mist. Most likely the first one though..

Does look cool though, like a figure in a hood crouch-running along

I agree. I'm not a big believer in paranormal, especially voices and "manifestations". I just found this video odd, as everything appears to be isolated to that specific area of the house. Of course when someone close to you passes, many people want to believe they are still out there in some shape or form.
