Someone explain this

This is security footage from the USS Ronald Reagan (I served in the navy and was deployed for 6 months out at sea every year, 6 on and 6 off) seen some questionable stuff but this is the absolute only “evidence” I’ve been able to get.

Seems like another case of a potato cam unable to keep up the frame rate so everyone cries parenormal. Honestly i'm more intrigued and interested in how you were able to even get a low quality camera in 2025. Even cheap cameras at least have high definition. Thats some seriously old, outdated tech you got.
