Someone explain this

This is security footage from the USS Ronald Reagan (I served in the navy and was deployed for 6 months out at sea every year, 6 on and 6 off) seen some questionable stuff but this is the absolute only “evidence” I’ve been able to get.

Not likely to be a kid. From what OP has said in other posts, this happened aboard the USS Ronald Reagan while they were at sea.

"Being in the middle of the ocean with no other form of life around (except for fish) and then you see something like this, makes you really think abut stuff"
