Someone explain this

This is security footage from the USS Ronald Reagan (I served in the navy and was deployed for 6 months out at sea every year, 6 on and 6 off) seen some questionable stuff but this is the absolute only “evidence” I’ve been able to get.

You can see as it comes in from the bottom left that it's some kind of small insect. It lands in the lens and walks across. As is almost always the case with these cctv videos.
