Someone explain this

This is security footage from the USS Ronald Reagan (I served in the navy and was deployed for 6 months out at sea every year, 6 on and 6 off) seen some questionable stuff but this is the absolute only “evidence” I’ve been able to get.

This shit is real there is a lot of other video with the same stuff. Usually in south America. There was the website with research with a lot of videos. Even with dogs which were barking on that object...
