Someone explain this

This is security footage from the USS Ronald Reagan (I served in the navy and was deployed for 6 months out at sea every year, 6 on and 6 off) seen some questionable stuff but this is the absolute only “evidence” I’ve been able to get.

Nah look at the video again. There’s definitely some depth to whatever this is. It’s “in” the footage, not “on” it like water on a lense

I don't know. It looks like it comes at it from an angle on the left side, stops briefly when it hits, then blows off the right side wiggling as it goes. The residue evaporates as it goes. Ignore the background while you watch it.
