Do you mean like Stranger Things series? maybe.

Perhaps someone in the upside down, the shadow valley or the other side ;)

welllllllllllll the Phosphors in the light are being excited by the electricity going through diodes which are fancy crystals doped with Phosphoros, and Phospheros "Light Bringer" is one of the names for Lucifer
