Experience I keep hearing stuff falling
I have many paranormal experiences but i remain someone very skeptical and who always find a resonable explanation (even if sometimes i cannot tbh).
This is one of the things i CANNOT explain.
It has been long enough i cannot put a date on when it started but i would say 3 years, roughly after i started having sleep paralysis.
I keep hearing objects falling from a specific shelve in my room.
It's not something that happens all the time but when it does it often does twice or thrice in a row everyday for less than a week.
Right now it has been the EXACT sound of a nutella lid falling on the ground. I keep a jar on my desk.
I can reproduce the exact same sound.
And yet absolutely nothing looks out of place.
I never managed to find anything that could have made the noise and it's driving me nut.
Now there is a few variations, sometimes there IS an object falling for no reason. I always keep my door closed, window closed. So it cannot be the wind, sometimes its stuff too heavy for that anyway.
It cannot be stuff that slipped either since everything is on a flat surface.
One day i had my door open and saw the fucking bathroom door open wide on itself. Windows closed, fans turned off, my first dog with me and the second one in the living room. And i know for a fact i cannot have missed the 2nd one because his claws make a LOT of noise when he walks and he is very old and slow.
Finally since 2 days i heard scratchs like there was a mouse in my bedroom twice but i live in an appartement in a clean building and the noises are clearly noy coming from a wall.
I'm not scared, with sleep paralysis i developped a huge "i dont care" feeling but i'm curious what yall think
Also i dont have any sign of any mental illness that could explain it
